Update instructions in README to use @npmcorp/marky-markdown #452

Package no longer supported. It contains security vulnerabilities. Please use @npmcorp/marky-markdown.

Per the warning message shown on npmjs.com for marky-markdown, the README should be updated to point users away from the old package.
