Could you add docs for the streaming option? (To the .request() docs at least.)

Finally landed as f11a002e0cfda644e80b17b3a6da1d3b61fccc7e, with a small addition to the docs tacked on as 04f418a7a491b2caaf4254fdfb9faeb13cba3018. Released as part of npm-registry-client@7.2.0. Thanks so much for getting the ball rolling with this, @aredridel! :tada:
