Promise-based APIs support? #161

Are there any plans to make the APIs promise-based so that the consumers can use the neat async/await instead of callback hell work arounds?

We're gonna be rewriting this package some other way, using https://npm.im/make-fetch-happen, and making it better for standalone use. I don't have a timeline for you on that, but that's the answer I've got. 👍
