Add some links to docs in README

This README is another document that needs to be kept up to date. An easy of doing that is to link out to the official docs site.

Also just tried to make the content more consistent with the other docs.

@nexdrew awesome, thank you \o/ we should probably update the npmo-docker repo at some point -- perhaps by simply getting rid of most of the content and pointing folks to the quick-start guide.

Hmm, good point about the npmo-docker README, but hopefully that's less visible than the others.
