Cloudflare ban now applies even to main website #415

Expected behavior

I get a (possibly empty) list of packages. (Although w/o style sheets since a while ago. Not much of a problem for me.)

Actual behavior

I'm greeted with Cloudflare's "One more step" captcha page. That's effectively a ban. (It's been a problem for years, I've even tried discussing the issue with Cloudflare directly, they're not interested in edge case people like me.)

Steps to reproduce the problem

  1. Configure firefox to use TOR or any other network Cloudflare doesn't like
  2. Select firefox search bar
  3. Type "array split"
  4. Click the npm icon
