The "Weekly Downloads" number for every package appears to be broken. #430

The "weekly downloads" number for basically every package appears broken. For example, the weekly downloads number for @angular/core and react both appears to be 0 for the week of June 1 - 7, 2018 whereas I highly doubt this is actually the case.

The number itself isn't super important, but if its a symptom of a larger problem I figured you'd want to know.

Some example pages where the issue can be seen: @angular/core, react, vue, jquery (note: jquery actually shows ~64,000 downloads, but thats down from 1.5 million the week before)

Oops, I see this issue was reported already. Closing in favor of #424.
