2fa recovery codes truncated #454

Expected behavior

Codes show in full

Actual behavior

Codes are truncated to 49 chars ending with .. I had to inspect the html to grab the full codes.

Steps to reproduce the problem

  1. Enable 2fa using Firefox Nightly with a screen resolution of 1440x900 (not sure if that makes a difference)

Browser with version

Firefox nightly 63
