The api is down #106

The api is returning "Internal server error" since two days.

https://api.npms.io/v2/package/react https://api.npms.io/v2/package/axios

They all respond with: {"code":"INTERNAL","message":"Internal server error"}

Should be good now. There will be some 404s in the /package endpoint for a couple of days, because the couchdb database is being re-analyzed.
