Implement impostor recipes for mining/pumping #29

Implements https://github.com/npo6ka/FNEI/issues/19.

When requesting a list of all recipes a few 'impostor' recipes are added for mining/pumping resources.

Recipe controller/gui was updated to handle encountering impostors instead of true LuaRecipe objects.
