There is an option to Show hidden items. When this is disabled, it doesn't show hidden items (obviously).
However, for example in Angels mods, there are also quite a few hidden fluids. It would be nice to also have an option to hide fluids as well, currently they are always showing.
It doesn't need to have another setting, as it could share the Show hidden items setting.
A quick test: Install only angels refining, petrochem and smelting. When I currently search FNEI, it shows me all molten fluids:
When I look for example in a combinator, it shows all available (non hidden) fluids. So I would expect molten copper, iron, concrete and steel only to show up in FNEI as well (when it's not displaying hidden fluids).
