US Digital Optical encoders do not work. Only one out of seven electrical modules tested output pulses on both channels.

Recommendation: Use different encoder: Opt 1: AS5047D Hall-type encoder Opt2: Another US Digital encoder found in roboclub

Used AS5047D on perfboard. Tested with roboclaw
