mosj2015_ORIGINAL.tsv contains 31 uniq no ie. sample numbers, including three times ?. Gear is either net (handnet) or niskin

Samplelog contains

44 PHT [PHT-01 .. PHT-44]
16 MIT [MIT-01 .. MIT-16]

mosj2015_samplelog contains: 44 PHT 16 MIT The MIT samples include both Microplankton (MIT) and Handnet (should be named HAN-01, HAN-05, HAN-06, HAN, 07, HAN-11)
