added appveyor config (see https://ci.appveyor.com/project/chcg/mimetools/builds/35701813)
corrected debug builds
used multiprocessor builds

It would also be possible to extend the appveyor config to do automatic release builds on tagging.

@donho I also have similar PRs for your other plugins under https://github.com/npp-plugins/. I could also update them if you would like to integrate them.

The code analysis issue:

...\mimetools\src\tinflate.c(267): warning C6385: Reading invalid data from 'lengths': the readable size is '320' bytes, but '-1' bytes may be read.

might be of interest too.
