corrected some inconsistent vcxproj settings

@donho Added also arm64 support here, see https://ci.appveyor.com/project/chcg/plugintemplate/builds/38868737. To enable new developers to start directly also with this build target.

See also #2, probably that one needs to be updated also after this one is merged.
