Image Size #1

I saw the latest updates address the image size and pixelation, but I still only get the thumbnail and I am not sure how to place the full sized image on the single story page. Is it actually available now? If so, what call should be used?

Also, the only images being added to my library for the NPR posts are no larger than 200px wide.
