Things like:

switch production status to false
set up spreadsheet
initial book scrape (like https://github.com/nprapps/book-concierge/issues/112)
update any branding imagery
coordinate with sponsorship
generate book grid image
fill in social/seo metadata
promo image
set up static page in seamus
request redirects
at pubtime, switch production status to true
