Unclear whether this will be super-simple, or whether this will be a big lift. Deployment instructions are only partially documented, and AWS assets may need to be created anew.

Data is successfully publishing to S3 via the daemon
Google OAuth token refresh on the server needs debugging, Google Drive is returning 401s to the daemon
Admin panel is going down after production service sets up, need to debug

Got the Google OAuth working, will see if the credentials still work in the morning after running all night.

Google OAuth still running, seems like it can refresh its own cookie.

Admin panel bug hotfix'd, but not a great permanent fix https://github.com/nprapps/elections18-general/issues/24
