During election day, until results come in, AP-results footnote's timestamp gets quite old #222

Until any results come in, the footnotes will say something like Source: AP (as of Nov. 6, 2018, 12:03 a.m. ET), which is just when the database was initialized for production. A small bit of UX to fix for next time.
