"Key races" view on state pages: "all house results" / "all ballot initiatives" links aren't very useful when there's just one for that state #122

For next time:

An Alaska station points out that for their state, which only has one House race and one ballot measure, the "more" links don't add a lot of value. (These links are more useful if a state has more House races or ballot measures to see.)
