Requested by States Team, building on previous coverage here: https://www.npr.org/2024/05/23/nx-s1-4977323/abortion-law-legal-florida-arizona-amendment

Overall page would be built in Grove

Ideally we'd have a dashboardy condensed display at the top of the page showing the results of each measure. Since Yes/For/No/Against/etc can mean different things depending on the ballot measure, we may need to more actively attribute what the results mean in our summary.
