Figure out promo for future ACA stories built out in Seamus #83

One strategy would be to tell people who build out future health care stories to add a promo image and an internal link in Seamus.

Which looks like this on the page (unfortunately there's no map on this app, so I'll have work on a compelling promo image that won't get lost on the page).

Should I just send email to our stakeholders with instructions?

Yep, I think that's the best we can do. I don't have any inspiration about a good promo image... but we're going to need something for the Seamus stub anyway, so we can use the same thing we use there.
