Map styles

[x] fix render artifacts on peaks
[x] remove label from the mountain
[x] Add elevations to towns etc.
[ ] contour lines?

Slide style

[ ] start the slide lower and work on the style
[ ] space "there is only the trail" on a separate slide
[ ] Make "trail" in color of the path
