A lot of these were written and designed for a different set of browsers a few years ago, and probably we can trim them down or make them more efficient:
element.closest() now ships for our support matrix, so we probably don't need it.
Features in the prefixed support module should be re-evaluated (we will still need it for a few things)
Would be nice to have a media query module that has standard instances for reduced motion, mobile, landscape, etc.
