was it okay to merge the cost columns? #8

the cost columns in the leso and mraps data were differently named, but at first glance, seem okay to merge

The MRAPS are in the leso dataset already, so we don't even need the separate MRAPS data.

Either way, it's OK according to Jessica, though we're waiting on 100% confirmation.
