Remove remote URL loading feature from Waterbug #74

It's just never going to work properly because of cross-origin issues.

Okay okay okay, here it is. It works as an Electron app because native. If you deploy to a fileserver/S3, this probably isn't going to work. So do we conditionally enable it?
