should we move internal tools to a different domain? #34

instead of using apps dot, how about tools dot or something

then the homepage of the domain can be a list of tools

This seems reasonable. Would we still want to deploy the actual document page to apps dot? That seems right to me, but will complicate the deployment process quite a lot.

Code changes made. Email sent to sysadmins to setup CNAMEs.
