conclusion card: clicking areas of ad card that are not hyperlinked point to undefined MOZ #213

the ad card should not behave like other scene buttons. clicking inside the div should not attempt to take users to a MOZ, which is how the JS is set up right now. This default behavior prevents us from adding non-ad elements to this div like instructional text.
