Here's the URL to call a video ad for roku:

http://pubads.g.doubleclick.net/gampad/ads?sz=400x300&iu=/6735/n6735.npr/roku&ciu_szs&impl=s&gdfp_req=1&env=vp&output=xml_vast2&unviewed_position_start=1&url=[referrer_url]&correlator=[timestamp]

The [timestamp] parameter should be a cache buster; a random 8+ digit number unique to each ad request.

[referrer_url] should be the referring URL (though this is optional).

This will return a VAST2 ad for UMG LesMis soundtrack. (Or will in 10 minutes).
