Russian translation

Hi, thank you very much for the translation. Two question before I merge it:

• The two strings Отложено на %1$s and Появится через %1$s still contain an s for seconds. Can I just replace it with с (which I presume is the Russian translation)?
• Android Studio remarks that the Russian language discern between few and many for plurals. Does that apply to notification_summary_title? If so, it would be great if you could provide the corresponding translations. They are in the following format, but I'll gladly insert them into the xml:

  <plurals name="notification_summary_title">
  <item quantity="one">%d Записка</item>
  <item quantity="few">...</item>
  <item quantity="many">...</item> 
  <item quantity="other">%d Записки</item>

Yes, the seconds should be с. There are three of them:

cat app/src/main/res/values-ru/strings.xml | grep "\$s"
    <string name="action_snooze">Отложить на %1$s</string>
    <string name="toast_pin_dismissed">Отложено на %1$s</string>
    <string name="toast_pin_background">Появится через %1$s</string>

About the plurals: I looked through this and this, looks like there should be one "Записка", few "Записки" and other "Записок". The other should cover the zero and many cases. I hadn't realised there was this plural system when I wrote the translations initially, so I chose the plural I thought would be most common (for 2-4 objects)!
