Fix minor typos in README #66

Fix typos on 'supersede' and make minor style changes:

remove unneeded spaces
fix relative link warnings in IntelliJ IDEA

supercede is visibly often used but seems incorrect (see https://en.oxforddictionaries.com/definition/us/supercede). :innocent:

Unfortunately it’s used with that spelling in the app itself, as a status keyword for ADRs. To change the README I’d have to change the app and implement a data migration for existing ADR databases
