OS_network.geojson was originally located in the root directory; I have moved it to the 'inputdata' folder.

I forgot to mention that downloading from the URL is not working properly. However, if you manually navigate to this link, you will find that the files are available in the release section. Additionally, copying and pasting the URL into a browser also allows you to download the file.
