Sanity check outputs for Leeds #9

It's worth sense checking the outputs in a city we know before applying to all of Scotland.

The results below look good to me, so will merge the PR that contains the code that generates the visuals.

Will keep open for now, @joeytalbot can you find any issues with these results? We can diagnose the causes and fix them if they are related to the code, and also if related to OSM data (see recent edits here for fixes I made after looking at previous results).

New changes can always be checked out in Leeds, but generally this is complete
