Missing license file / license violation #22

Since this repo is forked from https://github.com/stubailo/vscode-ignore-gitignore it should include the LICENSE file (MIT)

as-is this code is in violation of the MIT license from stubailo.

Copying that LICENSE file into this repo will resolve the issue.
