Examples and AWS interaction #8

First, thanks for this project. I try to make my Echo finally be useful with something by hooking it to my custom node.js home automation software. I try to use your project, but it is hard without any examples and documentation. Also it is unclear what it expects on AWS side. Can you please do a simple doc with examples that walks the full road to success? :)
