First of all, thank you very much for sharing this code, this might be very useful to me in the near futur!
However, when I built the project, I had a few problems because the README wasn't quite up to date. So I modified it on my own and thought it could be interesting to publish it in a PR.
Main changes
Add ROOT_DIR variable in the settings.sh file for more convenience
Fix typo run_hls => run_hls.tcl
Update PDI file name level0_i_ulp_my_rm_partial.pdi => top_i_ulp_my_rm_partial.pdi
