Personally, I'd say docusaurus is overkill for such a small project.
However, maybe a man page makes sense, since this is essentially an UNIX command/service.
We could even use something like pandoc to write our man pages in Markdown, then man2html to make a website. According to the docs, it even supports browsers such as NetScape :)
