fmri GUI obfuscation and block change #69

This is based on the branch referenced in #68. Fixes #63.

During fmri games, the nav is swapped out with an empty spacer div that also provides a place for the cursor to be hidden, and roughly centers the images.

I will also attempt to adjust the size and count of the blocks.

The "rest" between blocks is 5 seconds. That seems short. Should it be longer?
