We added Campaign Monitor here: https://github.com/nquinlan/Email-Intelligence/pull/16 ... that code won't detect an abuse@createsend{1,2}.com address, but I think Campaign Monitor shortened it to cmail{1,2}.com anyway per my old pull request. We can probably close this?
