b2wp.py issue on line 262? #83

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. I am using Windows 7, python installed, from command line (all docs are in 
this folder) typed: blogger2wordpress.bat Pink Dandy Chatter-0001.xml > 
pdc0001.xml
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
This returned: "File 
"\Users\Sony\Downloads\pinkdandy\google-blog-converts-r89\bin\..\src\blogger2wor
dpress\b2wp.py, line 262 print 'Usage %s <blogger_export_file>' % 
os.path.basename(sys.argv[0])  SyntaxError: invalid syntax.

Downloaded the most recent version yesterday (r89), on a Windows 7 from command 
line. 

Obviously a total command-line newby.  I'm not even sure I installed PYthon 
correctly.
