Hi, I wad wondering if it would be possible to encode the initial guess without relying on Rosetta capabilities (perhaps translating the work to BioPython?) Thanks so much!

It certainly is possible to translate this codebase to BioPython! I'm happy to merge a PR if you want to make those changes
