Fortran runtime error #1188

I got the following error: Previously I ran the .egsinp and PEGS$ data files successfully (many times). But today, after changing the material components in the .pegs4dat file, the error occurred as below in the attached file. Windows 11, EGSnrc 2023. cause web does not support .F file type. I uploaded .txt file egsnrc_win3264_F.txt. Please help, thank you very much! Screenshot 2024-09-20 080510

I ran the same input file and pegs4 file on Linux (via VM VirtualBox), everything goes smoothly.
