Cumulus VX based lesson #266

This is a placeholder for Cumulus VX based lesson. This lesson will leverage the Cumulus REST API, which is just a pass through to the "net" command-line tool.

Would this not also incorporate what you want to do from https://github.com/nre-learning/nrelabs-curriculum/issues/265?

Oh I suppose this is a placeholder for the Cumulus folks when they get a chance? And #265 is more for us to fix before then? Sorry, when I think placeholder I think PR, so I'm just trying to get clarity on who's intending to do what.

I didn't have anybody specific in mind, but #265 is a fix which is separate from this issue which is about seeding a lesson with Cumulus VX.
