This is a draft copy of the v1.0 roadmap. It's meant to serve as the central document from with all other v1.0-related activities stem, including the mini-projects. It's here where those mini-projects are defined, and where links to the dedicated design doc (or in-progress PR) should be posted).
It doesn't currently contain that much useful information, other than some high-level features that aren't part of any mini-project. As the other open PRs that introduce mini-project plans are completed, I'll circle back to this PR and place MP subtasks on the release plan here.
