WARNING - This is ON HOLD until Syringe MP-1 is finished, as that will greatly change (for the better) the way this feature is implemented in Syringe.

This PR introduces a high-level design for the upcoming objective verification feature.

This is now integrated with MP1 in #3, so there's no need for this PR anymore.
