Failure with dplyr 1.0.0 #31

It looks like this is a buglet in dtplyr (https://github.com/tidyverse/dtplyr/issues/156) so I'll fix there and you shouldn't have to do anything.

Thanks for the update. I noticed that I was failing dplyr's reverse dependency check and made various across() updates in my dev branch. I was waiting until the last minute to submit to CRAN to match the release date of and any final changes in dplyr. I'll probably still merge the dplyr changes for future maintainability.

Looking forward to the 1.0.0 release.

I'm going to blog about this soon, but we've also pushed the release date back to May 15.
