Pass output-dir to compiler #30

changes default "out" to "target/weasel/repl".

What do you know, I was able to fix #29 after all!

Awesome! Thanks. I'm planning on releasing a snapshot tonight or tomorrow with this and #25, and a new release should be coming shortly thereafter (I'm falling behind the CLJS releases!)
