Push v0.12 to crates.io #87

The v0.12 is not updated yet on crates.io. The Rust Embedded Discovery Book uses the microbit as an example with the v0.12 but there are problems with remote repositories and syntax highlighting. If the crate is published on crates.io that is fixed.
