Convert documentation to reST #1

Currently: Q/A formatting is messed up; links and styling (in the acknowledgements) are lost.

What did it used to look like? Please put up (somewhere) one that looks the way you want it to.

No "should look like" reference makes it hard to restore previous behaviour.

Please make separate issue with reference and close this one as the "Q/A" section has been fixed.

Just open Read Me.rtfd with TextEdit, or just use Help > Pester Read Me from Pester.

I think we can keep this issue open until it's converted. I'm getting close to being able to do 1.1b8 and would like to put the new docs in it, if possible...

This is not happening. If anything I'll convert it to Apple Help.
