Feature: complete rewrite of the project in TypeScript #15

This PR is a complete rewrite of the library in TypeScript with future proofed data model, unit tested encoder / decoder pair and a fully asynchronous client.

Most notably missing currently is the lack of a server / provider component.

This has been tested to work against Lawo R3lay, Lawo MxGUI (mc2 56 mkii) and Lawo Ruby.
