/mnt/scratcha/bioinformatics/rosenfeld_references is missing, probably folders relocated to other places.

Copying them back now. These are generated by yet another Nextflow pipeline, checked in as "referencebuilder". This can be run at any time, and indeed should be used to create a reference in the NR lab areas of lustre or the NAS storage. Probably easier just to copy the references out of my scratch area.

I found the source of the blacklist files and these are now pulled in as part of that pipeline.
